Had another company whose phone person was rude. They left us without water for 2 and failed to show when they said they would. I called Belks at 7:30 in the evening. The phone person was very kind and said he would be out the next day. She said having no water was a priority. He showed in the morning and was extremely kind. Our water was working well before noon. Wonderful, pleasant and caring. They do it right!

I had used another local for the rough in, BUT the owners wife was a total B. I called Belks and spoke with the owner and he provided a great professional to finish this new bathroom. Would highly recommend.

I doubt these guys need yet another positive review. But these are the plumbers you need. Installed a water heater and fixed a faucet drain for me. Very competent. Upstanding. Wanting to do the right thing. Even came under bid. This company, from the top down, tries to do right for their customers.
