I took a $20 down blanket to be dry cleaned and failed to ask how much the dry cleaning would cost. The lady was having troubles understanding and communicating in English, so I left the blanket to be dry cleaned with fingers crossed. I went back to pick it up and it was $50.67!!! I couldn't understand her and thought she said $15, so I laid down $15 and she shook the money at me and said no $50...I couldn't believe my ears. I pointed out the that the tag she gave me didn't have the price listed and she just shrugged. I will NEVER use them again. A complete rip-off!!

My 3 blouses were considered 2 blouses and a jacket. I paid $41.00 to have 3 blouses dry cleaned. I'll not be using their services ever again.
