I was very impressed with Blake’s professional skills and his sincere interest in making sure my problem was being thoroughly investigated. He did several tests and then referred me for an MRI. I look forward to seeing him again after those results come back.

My son was referred for chronic ear and nose issues. After waiting 2 months for an appointment the RN looked in his nose and ears for 2 seconds and said "look his septum is straight". That was it. Totally dismissed us. Biggest waste of time ever. Told us she would get us info for allergy testing and "be back in a minute". Never returned! We just walked out after waiting 15 minutes.

I recently underwent septoplasty/rhinoplasty surgery and had an unsatisfactory experience with Physician Assistant Dr. Lynn during the post-operative care. Her demeanor was unfriendly and abrupt, as she hastily removed the splints and stitches without proper attention to my comfort or wound care. Specifically, she failed to clean the inner nasal area or apply ointment to the external scab, which began bleeding. I was simply handed tissues without any further assistance or reassuring words. As a patient, I expected a more compassionate and gentle approach, especially after surgery. Unfortunately, Dr. Lynn's behavior fell short of my expectations, prioritizing efficiency over patient care and comfort.
