Soooooo I had high hopes because this place came highly recommended. They did a good job on my car how ever in order for my door (that they fixed) to close completely I have to shut it hard. My hood sensor mysteriously got clipped. They claim it was not them however it was not an issue until I got my car back. They said it had to have been done somewhere else and then the sensor had to be deactivated. My car has never been worked on under the hood other than an oil change. So that is upsetting that they will not take ownership of an issues that wasn’t there prior to having work done by them. And now my hood ajar light stays on at all times. Upon getting my car back, no one walked me out to go over what was fixed, they just gave me my key and receipt. I do appreciate Esther for staying on top of getting the payment to go through it was a long process at no fault of our own. I’m not sure I will go back or recommend this place of service to anyone.

Truly the best experience. From the amazing customer service to the quality of work, I will definitely return for any future jobs. I was given updates nearly every day, and my car was repaired ahead of schedule. Never waited, never wondered the status of my car - they kept me informed every step of the way. I am so impressed and will recommend to anyone!

Did great work on my son’s car several years ago. As such stopped by to have so then look at a dent in my truck bumper to see if it could be fixed. Very nice receptionist asked if I had an appointment which I did not. Explained that I just wanted so done to take a look and was informed no one was available that day. I’ve had other work done elsewhere and never been told essentially that no one would look at my vehicle that day and without an appointment. As such my business will go elsewhere again and in the future as well. Shame as I live in Yucaipa and try to support local businesses but not this one anymore.
