We entrusted our parent to their care and was sold by the in home licensed nurse care of the husband. Contrary to all they say It’s not the case. We hardly seen him afterwards and he does not stay there. Any home cooked meals was instant packaged meals but the staff have their cooked home made meals. We needed to bring him outside food when it’s not the normally schedule instant meals. Furthermore, I can not believe they will not allow residence to use the toilet at night and force them to go in diaper that’s not change until next morning. Needless to say we checked out and went to a better place. 👎
