Absolutely amazing experience. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we needed help. What are you looking for today? Me and my husband were blown away because we literally drove all the way from Montebello store because we were there 30 minutes and NOT ONE PERSON HELPED OR GREETED !! We drove all the way to the Los Feliz store . We were immediately helped by Omar, who is is amazing ! We told him what we wanted and we needed the fridge ASAP because our fridge broke down. Within 15 mins of walking in we were sitting down signing papers setting up delivery date . And we were out the door in 40 mins (we shopped a lil more ) . I definitely recommend this store . The staff are friendly , the greeters are phenomenal. I've worked 30 years in customer service and I was amazed and thankful for the help that was provided. Los Feliz store is the place to shop!

It appears that the product is overpriced and there is a lack of customer service support. The agents were unable to provide assistance and directed me to other.
Find first a stores that offer lower prices.
