When calling for technical support, they are ridiculous, took 5 calls, allowing 2 people to 'ghost' into my computer and they still couldn't fix the issue 🙄!!! Still had to drive 4 hrs. one way to the nearest Best Buy. My laptop was forgotten on roof of car, slide off, therefore needed to be replaced, geek squad was to transfer everything from hard to the New laptop that I had purchased. Returning back to the nearest Best Buy (a 8 hour round trip),they were finally able to retrieve all of my Documents and Photos. This should have been completed on my First trip there when 1 laptop was crushed and a New laptop was purchased.
Never order a phone from Best Buy!! This has been an all around horrible experience. They were unable to activate it properly, then delayed my order because of that without telling me. Then they accidentally turned my current cell phone service off(!) and it took hours on hold to get it turned back on. When they finally shipped the phone they told me it would arrive in two weeks instead of overnight and there was nothing they could do. This has cost me hours of my life, left me without cell service and without a graduation gift I was planning on giving and been all around the worst customer advice experience I have had. I will never spend money with Best Buy again and I advise everyone else to shop elsewhere.
Updated to add their atrocious return policy and abysmal customer service. I can’t state enough how much I advise against ever shopping here. Every other company selling similar products has infinitely better customer service and return policy
