Came in there to buy a portable air conditioner and was not acknowledged at all by the two employees at asset protection. Probably because they were both on their cell phones. Store looked clean and organized, which is good. My wife and I were never asked if we needed help by anyone. And I had to lug the portable air conditioner up to the front of the store on my own. At check out we did not even receive eye contact and was never asked about wanting a protection plan. I used to work at this store and this kind of laziness was never tolerated. Shame on you. At least the dollar tree next door looks nice.

Geek squad counter was under par. The rest of store was what you would expect from bestbuy. Lots of customer service ready to help and answer questions.

The geek squad there do not like dealing with problems. They would much rather just get you in and out as fast as they can without doing anything the short old chubby lady you can tell does not like to work I spent the last three out of four days there “hours of my time”for them to tell me on my last day of the warranty that they can’t do anything about it. the manager two word tough guy looks like he hates life comes to work with that sad face every day. They called him up like he was supposed to intimidate LMAO. Anyways, this place is trash. Don’t buy anything from them because they’ll just try to sneak around it.
