Used to be a great place, but has completely fallen apart. Store looks like a storm blew through with random products set in odd locations, including blocking the registers. Waited for over 10 minutes to ask a quick question, and had fun watching the employees maneuver around aisles to avoid customers. Used to buy a ton of items here, but will be returning a new item for a refund and will purchase it somewhere they actually help customers. Really sad what this store has become.

I bought my nephew a laptop for graduation. I was old Microsoft isn’t on computers. I told them he was going to college. That should have been their time to say, most colleges offer this for free. I was NOT told I could not return the Microsoft product. When my nephew told me he gets Microsoft for free and most colleges offer it, I took it back to the store. I was told by an employee that the only way to stop this is to put a bad review. Here it is. When something is no refundable in a store you are usually informed, I was not.

Best buy delivered a broken dryer that cost 900$. When asked for an exchange at time of drop off i was given two weeks due to scheduling not parts. After waiting for exchange, best buy not only showed up to the wrong house, theybwere in the wrong state by over 700miles. After trying to correct this with their Indian call center 4 times they still could not get the correct address in the correct state. Keep in mind they dropped them off to begin with at the correct address. This has been the worst customer support/purchase i have ever recieved from a company. I bought my stuff from Lowes and will never give this company another dime. Let alone 2000$. Take your money elsewhere you will be glad you did.
