Not the store it used to be especially for smartphones. No longer a Samsung service provider. Didn't bother with price checking. Has really gone downhill since Covid

Love the easy curbside service. Also really enjoy being able to see the product before I buy. The updated look in the front is nice. Plus they'll price match!

Service sucks! I ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch 7 from samsung which is back ordered. So i ordered it with a trade of my current watch. 100.00 Then someone told me best buy had it in stock and you get a free band. So i went to best buy in erie pa. I asked for help. The employee Gina helped me. I asked her, do i get the same deal as Samsung, she said yes but you also get a free watch band. So in front of her i said if i can cancel my order with Samsung I'll buy it here. I was able to cancel it. So she proceeded to ring up my watch. Now im told i cant give you the band cause it is sold out. So i asked if I can get it when it comes in. Certainly she said. So I said okay proceed with the purchase. Then she said the sale won't go through unless we take the watch band off so I'm not going to be able to give you the watch band. I told her to proceed and I'll take it without the watch band. She then said it will not allow me to give you the trade-in it will only allow $15 so now the order is $170 more than what I was originally told after I already canceled my other order through Samsung. They would not honor the trade-in nor would they give me a band. Both of which is on their website and the person waiting on me told me said I would get both. So now i paid full price, with no trade and no band. Would not honor their advertised deal. I was there over an hour and i was told to contact customer support. I did that only to be on hold for 20 minutes then the system hung up on me. I did this 4 times. Then i gave up. So i tried to call and speak with a manager of the store. Again on hold for 20 minutes then i was transfered to customer service where i was told they can only help me if i wanted to place an order. Now i am out of luck through samsung as i canceled my order amd i left the store with nothing. So that trip so best buy cost me over an hour of my time and 170.00 that i cant redeem. I got nothing.. I will never order or buy anything from Best Buy again
