Just went in to browse, I love technology 😁. The employees were super cool, even when I was looking at some products far above my price range. Great range of every type of products from drones to fridges to the brand new galaxy products. This is a best buy, and A good one in my opinion. But ... Maybe get bike parking.

We bought appliances back in February. We prepaid for haul away, and had confirmed with them that we will get refund for haul aways that don’t get used. We ended up not using some of the prepaid haul aways, and were told we will get a refund. It’s been 5 months. Someone had called in March telling us we will get a cheque in mail. I followed up in June regarding it and was told I’ll get a call from their team. No call, no cheque, nothing. I buy a lot of things from this best buy, guess it’s time to black list this establishment.

The one star rating is for all of Best Buy.
When you call you can't even get through to the store. It's 11:12 in the morning. I shouldn't be talking to your outsourced help in India!
I need to talk to a store employee! Not someone who knows nothing about my truck's alarm system that I had installed at the Best Buy in Maple Grove.
Honestly, just avoid Best Buy. If they're too lazy to pick up a phone, then they don't deserve your business.
