Apparently this is a store? It's at least a building, with products in it. A smiling employee around every corner to constantly ask if you need anything. Here's the catch. Got your products? Well good luck getting out of the store with them unless you want to shoplift. No one. Absolutely no one ever on the registers. Can take it to customer service but they are dealing with their own stuff. So with a store PACKED with employees. No one wants to take your damn money.

I had to pick up a sterio receiver I ordered for a friend, so I only went as far as the pickup counter. But from what I could see, the this location is clean, organized, and welcoming. The guy who helped me (who's name I do not remember)was friendly and efficient. After being in Florida for 7 years, it makes me more appreciate the Midwest work ethic. You rarely see that down south.

Staff were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They earned the stars, unfortunately, the corporation eliminated any chance of a higher rating.

My issue was that the Best Buy website listed a special on the product I intended to purchase and they would not honor the advertisement. I have always heard Best Buy was great to deal with and their price match eliminated any chance of walking out empty handed... Unfortunately they wouldn't even honor a special listed on their own website!
