I asked for assistance in buying a new fitness band. I was told someone would be with me shortly. After a 15-minute wait, I went and asked again. I was told they would radio someone over to me right away. After another 10 minute wait when no one showed up I decided I would just leave. Nowhere near quality service.

Hidden gem for sure. Underground parking is underrated for sure! The winter months here, every business needs underground parking. Not only underground parking, but a lot of underground parking at that! This location didn't what I needed but the staff were friendly and helped me figure out where it was. Staff are willing to help and talk tech for as long as you'd like to. The customer service at this location is top tier. You're bound to come here and window shop and walk out with items after talking with staff. Parking is easy and the location is easy to find being off a major road in the city. This could be your one stop shop for sure. Let me know if you had a different experience.

Came in for a car security system install. They took 2 hours longer than the time they said it would take and did not finish the install correctly. They said I needed to come back in on a weekday for them to finish the installation and that it would be another 4 hour appointment.
Besides the garage area, the rest of the store was great.
