I normally do not take the time out of my day to write reviews. With that being said, I was shocked at customer service at this particular Best Buy. I had a problem with an item I purchased less than a month prior. Due to my busy work schedule and life I missed the return window on said item. I was directed by customer support to talk to a store manager. I walked in and asked to speak to someone and was immediately helped. They not only helped me exchange my item but they did so in a manner that exhibited empathy. I was half-ready to raise hell and the store manager was level headed and immediately offered to help me fix my problem! Great dude tbh 10/10 would shop here again

All I can say for this location is I’m happy they actually had stock of the iPhone screen we were replacing. You’d figure the latest model there would be ample spare parts available but we had to go to two stores before we found one that had replacement screens. I also felt the wait for geek squad was entirely too long. On a Saturday I’d figure that space swarming with reps but to only have two and have to wait 45 mins just to get to the point of intake even if you have an appointment seems a might bit ridiculous, but maybe I’m expecting too much.
