I’m not pleased with the young man at the desk. We asked him to include our stay with our Best Western account. The young ladies a day or two before said they would do that but they couldn’t find the account under my email. It was under my husband’s email. He had called to the hotel to make the reservations in the first place. We will return in a few days for one night. I hope you can correct this when we return.

I was very impressed with this property. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was evident that there is a commitment to maintenance and cleanliness. There was a good choice of items at the breakfast buffet. I will certainly stay here again when in the area.||One item I would raise is the use of far too many single use and disposable plastic items. All service items such as cutlery and crockery in the room and at breakfast were disposible plastic. I would much prefer to see re-usable glasses, ceramic/porcelain plates, bowls, cups and mugs and metal cutlery in use. I really dislike single use plastic items - they are terrible for the environment and costly.

For a mid price Inn, the BW Canoga Park always provides an excellent stay. The staff is professional and friendly. They work hard to meet everyone's needs. The complimentary breakfast is served with love and attention that you don't find anywhere else. Kudos to the breakfast staff! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained for an older hotel. If you have an issue, the staff is happy to assist. We return year after year so that tells it all!
