Reservations for 2 of my rooms were lost. The confirmation number given to me was not valid. The $100 dollar hold per room for incidentals was not disclosed at time of booking. Room 208 has broken floor planks that cut the bottom of my foot. At my request they put electrical tape over them. Room was FULL of ants. Toilet seat was broken. Sink didn't drain. The lighting in the rooms, especially the bathroom was absolutely terrible. We set up a block of rooms well in advance for our daughter's wedding. Rooms given when we arrived were on different floors and on opposite ends of the building. The "discounted price" of the rooms (for renting so many rooms) was a lie! Most of the rooms in the block were charged a different amount. We talked to other guests that were not part of the block and found out they paid less than we did. All in all it was disappointing for a Best Western. I paid $942.40 for a dark, dingy, ant infested hotel with employees that don't seem to want to be there either!
