Nice hotel. Right across the street from Disney so getting to the park was a pretty short walk. Ate at some of the restaurants next to the hotel so there's plenty of food. Room was clean and AC worked. Showers and toilets worked. Front lobby had coffee and assorted creamers. Parking was easy. Overall a good trip. Wanted to try the hot tub but after a couple 11 hour days at the parks a shower and sleep won out. Stayed at the BW a couple Doors down last time so both BW are a good place to stay.

We stay here every year when visiting Disneyland. The proximity to the park makes this property ideal for families. It’s right across the street and after a long day at the park it makes a huge difference to be so close.

Parking is an additional daily charge but is easy and safe.

Check in is easy and the staff are courteous and attentive. They call after a while after you’ve arrived to check on you. The housekeeping staff are fantastic and our room was very clean and made daily. They vacuum daily which is great. The beds are comfortable and amenities are what yours expect from a Best Western. Not fancy but just enough to make things comfortable.

The small pool and jacuzzi area was clean and comfortable-again, not fancy but just enough to be comfortable. There are ice machines in each floor and laundry facilities on the property.

The complementary breakfast in the morning starts at 6:30am and is very basic fare:eggs sausage pancakes yogurt fruit coffee tea and cereal, toast and bagels. Nothing fancy but a good way to fill up before you start your day at the parks.

We look forward to our next trip and highly recommend this property.

It is literally the closest hotel to the Disneyland entrance, which makes it easy to come back to the hotel for afternoon breaks with children. |Rooms are very very clean. Housekeeping response quickly when needed. The complementary breakfast is more than continental. There are hot food choices. Eating area is always very clean and well stocked. They do not run out of things. Lots of choices and also things that kids will eat. |Nice to have a pool with plenty of chaise lounges to cool off in the afternoon after spending the morning at Disneyland.|Also, right to have a refrigerator and microwave, and although it’s a little Spinney, they do have a small store in the lobby for drinks, snacks, and souvenirs.
