Giving it a 4 star as theirs no soap in the drivers bathroom and no utensils for food. Most of the other facilities provide drivers with fresh water also and their water cooler hasn’t worked for a long time.

Somehow my husbands AirPods that were stolen from the Pheonix airport ended up at this facility (fond via “find my AirPods”) shame on you Amazon! And their customer service has NO idea how to help me.
