HOA is useless. They charge over 350 a month for HOA, but yet they do nothing to enhance security of stolen property, specifically, delivered packages. There are multiple reports constantly of stolen packages. As a result i installed a camera to counter thieves from stealing. I received a notice to take down the camera, which is fine. But really, what am I paying 350 dollars a month when they don't do anything to deal with packages being stolen? Unless they're the ones doing the stealing. probably not, but still, really? How do we deal with this issue then? just let them steal them?

The worst management company. I had so many problems with my neighbor breaking HOA rules,
Parking 3 to 4 times a day fire lane, smoking non smoking area etc. Lisa Parra dome nothing . On top of it the billing all screwed up then say that one checks did not go through even through I sent them clip bank account that went through. Know have deal with this .

BHE service is beyond HORRIBLE!!! No follow through, no update process. Office manager screamed at me only because I dared to call her to follow up on my garage leaks after heavy rains- she always responded "order has been placed with vendor" yet a week later no phone call, no email to update me.
