Jon Lawson is your guy!! Jon allowed me to have one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. Down to his core he is just a good pure person. At all the other local bike shops I experience your typical customer interaction, leaving me feeling like just another person coming and going. Not with Jon. I came in the store looking to replace my dropper post for a bike from 2018. I had been on the fence about purchasing a new bike for awhile and I am somewhat picky with who deserves the get my sale. Jon checked every box there is. I bought a Trance X 29 1 from him without hesitation. Thanks Jon. Dear management, I hope you know exactly what you have. This is the employee that every company is searching for!

Jon was the best and most informed salesman I have ever the pleasure of working with. I have been a customer of bicycle warehouse since 1998. Bought at least 5 or 6 bikes from them. Great bikes, great employees.
