Terrible quality shoes and the store knows it
In December we bought a pair of waterproof hiking boots for my son in this store. In less than a month the shoes got holes on the sole. We brought them to store. The store said that they won’t return the money back, only exchange the shoes. I said that I don’t want to have another pair of such low quality shoes, and asked them whether they have more durable shoes. The store workers couldn’t offer anything more durable - they said they don’t know. Then I had to add more money to buy more expensive shoes in hope them being more durable. In 2 weeks the second pair stopped to be waterproof, in 3 weeks it started to have the holes shown on the pictures. When we brought this pair back to the store, they said they won’t replace it because the shoes got holes after one month of wearing. So, you should know that this store sells one month shoes - they even don’t expect their shoes to handle more than a month. Be warned!
Employees were super nice and helpful. Got a sneaker on clearance 20$ off and waterproof hiking boots on clearance for $34. Also got a cold weather flannel sleeping bag on sale for $34! Great deal and it is sooooo comfy I actually took a test nap in it on my living room floor.

Yep, I could of just bought it on Amazon. And, I'm focusing on supporting local! Every time I've gone in to Big 5 their customer service blows me away 👍. They're so helpful.
