I'm editing my review because I don't think I can go back. I went for a second time and changed so much that it's not the same place. The fries are now crinkle fries...I think the same ones we all get at Costco. The chicken is considerably smaller. My kids didn't even want to eat the chicken tenders. The best part is they took all the sauces away! You have to pay for them! They have a sign "We encourage sauciness" how? This place is going down so quickly.

The chicken sandwiches are delicious. We ordered the shaq attack, uncle Jerome's, and a side of sweet potato fries ($26 total). Both sandwiches are supposed to be spicy but they were mild. I'd suggest 2 or 3 stars if you want a kick. The place is clean, spacious and bright. The only reason this was not 5 stars is the value. The sandwiches are good but they're not $10 each kinda good. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal and I'd come back again.

First time trying “Shaq’s” Big Chicken and it was decent but nothing amazing. Ordered the original big chicken sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese. Chicken sandwich is not as “Big” as I thought, the size was rather average! Still the chicken was fresh and crispy, and the brioche bun was buttery and soft. There is a sauce station with all kinds of different sauces. My favorite is the Carolina mustard bbq sauce. The Mac and cheese was the best I’ve ever had at a quick service restaurant, the noodle texture was just perfect and you can really taste the different types of cheese they used to make it. Overall it’s worth a try, but I don’t see myself craving this food enough to justify the the cost. That’s why I minus one star because of the prices.
