These guys are HEROES! The front end of our car went over the edge of an embankment, the frame resting on the top of a concrete block retaining wall. The first company that came out wanted to just drag the car back onto the upper level. It was clear they really didn't know what they were doing and would cause substantial additional damage to the car.

Big D came out with a lift truck and a flatbed and skillfully raised the front end, sliding the flatbed under the car so it could be driven back onto the upper (parking) area. They saved me untold damage to the car, likely thousands of dollars, and I was amazed at how (relatively) little they charged.
