Not only were they making fun of me, they asked me 5 times which tire I need changed. All 5 times I told them front left, there's a hole in the side wall. What do they do change out a perfectly good tire and leave the front left tire unchanged. I drove from Oroville, to Bullards Bar l, then to Grass Valley and to Sacramento. On a tire that was supposed to have been changed! How hard it is to tell your left fr you right, let alone actually look at what you are doing?!!!!! If I could give a negative star I would since they put me in a very unsafe situation.
7/10 Update - They did correct the situation, I got a new tire for free. So 2 tires for the price of one. Thank you. I am just annoyed that I didn't check their work and this shouldn't have happened.
