I have to give a big thanks and shout out to this Big O Store and their store manager Joe, Thank You!!
A few months ago my girlfriend and I were headed to Silverado Resorts for the weekend and we started to hear a noise coming from the back right wheel. It was a squeaking noise, and got worst and worst as we drove. As we pulled onto Silverado Trail we drove past this Big O Store and decided to stop. We couldn't see anything visual wrong and didn't feel comfortable driving any further with how bad the noise had gotten.
We talked to Joe the store Manager and he offered to take a quick look at our vehicle (it probably helped he heard us squeak into the parking lot). In my mind it's 5:30 PM getting close to closing time and we figured we would just leave the car and take an Uber to our hotel. His service team quickly inspected our vehicle and found a rock lodge in the brake caliper. Needless to say we were relieved that nothing major was wrong. Joe showed us the rock and got us back on the road that evening.
