I bought an Orbea Rise M-10 ebike. It was a lot heavier, longer and higher than what I was accustomed to. The most basic things like get started on a slight grade were cumbersome and difficult. I was about to sell the bike, but Andrew took the time to address my issues. He put a 27" wheel on the bike, changed something in the Fox 36 bringing the front down, cut down the handlebars even more, changed my seat position and adjusted the shock and fork for my size and weight. The bottom line is my confidence is coming back, I can actually throw my leg over and get started again just about anywhere. The small things. Thanks Andrew for being attentive to this old lady rider, I felt heard, which doesn't always happen.

I tried to connect with the shop about a Pivot Shuttle SL. Their contact form was not on the website (see screenshot). So, I called at 3:25 PM on a Friday and no one answered.
