Edith Hernández answered me a month ago in regards to a question I had about my policy and her answer for me was that it was better for me to change my policy. I have 8 years in this policy and agency, I have had problems about my policy but never such a horrible and unprofessional service and experience, as with this lady. Yes, I changed my agent because it made a mess in my policy instead of helping me!! Hopefully your agent Bill Hard will pay more attention to this lady. She behaved rude and not at all professional and more !! And she even suggested that it would be better for me to change agencies and if I did it, it is because an agent like her does not know how to treat a client or solve problems about policies, rather demonstrate she does not have the experience.. I don't know if she has behaved the same with more people Or because we are Hispanic she had that behavior with me... I hope his agent pays more attention... This is the experience I had with this agency ..
