WARNING - This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I purchased blinds from Lowe's and paid extra for their "Expert Guaranteed" installation. The installation was outsourced to Bischof Drapery Workroom.
When the new blinds were installed, they were VERY off measurement. There were HUGE gaps that we never had before with our previous blinds and not small difference buy gaps that are now 200% to 300% bigger! The installer from Bischof said that was not their fault, it is how the manufacturer cuts them and they are cut correctly.
We then got the got what the actual measurements are supposed to be and what the gaps are supposed to be and confirmed they are WAY off. When I contacted Bischof to explain the problem, I spoke with the owner Travis Bischof.
Travis did nothing but make excuses. First he passed me off to Lowe's saying it is their responsibility, not his... Despite the fact his company did the measurements and installation AND told me the measurements and gaps are correct when they were not. Once Travis knew the gaps were not to the manufacturer measurements, he then blamed our windows, without him ever seeing any of this himself.
There were 2 problems with our new blinds, the measurements and the installation. Those are the 2 things that Bischof did and their owner Travis would not even look at the problems, the blinds, or the windows. All he did was make excuses and blame everyone else. His installer was unprofessional, sloppy, and did a VERY rush job, which resulted in the nightmare we are dealing with now.
This company does poor quality work and they do not care or take any responsibility for their actions or work. I would HIGHLY suggest avoiding this company and if Lowe's sends them to your house, I would suggest asking for a different vendor. I would imagine Lowe's works with a variety of vendors (hopefully) and there has to be a better option.
