I highly recommend Blackwater Services—they are simply the best. Working with them has been a true pleasure. Recently, I needed a septic inspection as part of preparing my house for sale, and unfortunately, it revealed some necessary repairs. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with before selling my house. However, the owner of Blackwater Services provided an excellent quote and was incredibly accommodating. He even allowed me to undertake some of the preparatory work myself to reduce costs. Additionally, some aspects of the job ended up being less expensive than initially quoted.

Had a travel trailer blackwater system back on up me while staying up in arlington for work, realized it late at night the night before, the web page had a helpful contact section you can fill out if you don't call. They respond to me early that morning but due to work I didn't see it till 5:45pm that night. I called an they gave me some troubleshooting tips to try first an then I called back a half hour later to inform them it didn't work. 25mins later he was at my site. Pumped it out an gave me some help advice for future preventive maintenance. Solid 5/5 highly recommend for any problem septic related. Also very pleased to find out they don't charge extra for after hours!
