Great bags. My custom Blaq Pack had a flaw with the trim so I took it in and had it fixed on the spot on about 20 minutes. Excellent service.

I have had my blaq pack for a few months now and it is INCREDIBLE. So comfy and the best quality. I feel so much more connected to it because it got to be apart of the design process. It’s exactly what I wanted and I didn’t even know it! The staff helped me figure out what was right for me and let me try on a million bags and understood how serious a backpack investment is. They are fairly pricey but for a local company that hand makes their products and a lifetime guarantee, it was definitely worth it! LUH YOU GAIZ
