Purchased and ordered two chairs from furniture dept. Was told two months for delivery. We are now at 6 months ! When asked for status, was told their vendors are not responding. Really ? Our sales person was Gail. Expect such a response from lower tier stores, but here is the sad reality. Asking for a refund and still no reply.
Update: Sales said call customer service to get refund on deposit. Customer service says only sales can provide a deposit refund. Sales changes order status to a non special order to get deposit refund.
Make sure you get a delivery date in writing with deposit refund guarantee if they can’t fulfill the order.
