Blonde customer service lady named Kaitlyn was very unprofessional. We asked for a paper copy of the policy rules not for it to be read to us twice as if we didn’t understand the first time it was read out loud nor that we can’t read it ourselves.
My wife, adult daughters, granddaughters & their friends really love this store ! My credit cards confirm this.
With a great selection of national name brand cosmetics, perfumes, and jewelry (my wife just warned me last night that her favorite charms, Pandora will soon be available at Dillards) I hear bells chiming as the credit card gets tapped. There goes the budget.
