I believe anyone interested in dining here will know it's difficult to get a reservation that's within 30 days. The restaurant is a novelty and all the stars I'm giving it is only because it's a novelty and nothing more. The atmosphere is interesting to say the least and I was lucky to get a water side table, but after getting over the fact that I was dining inside/next to an water ride, the excitement quickly wore off and I remembered I was there to dine. Sadly, this place fails at being anything but another money grab by Disneyland. The brussel sprouts salad was the worst salad I've ever had, the croutons were atrocious and inedible. The prime rib was cooked like a joke and was 50% fat. I won't be dining here again even if someone gave me their reservation and I won't recommend dining here to anyone. Go spend your money buying a couple giant turkey legs instead and upgrade to Genie+ while you're at it.

Atmosphere is terrific. Food was not good at all (had market first / chicken). Specifically stay away from the chicken. Will say that bread was great! Our server was absolutely terrible (very unlike Disney). She was pushy and greeted us by saying “do you know what you want to order?” Also, mainly as a warning not that it impacted my score, we were told it would be an extra 45-60 minutes if we wanted to seat by the water. Be mindful of that.
Do not come here.

BlueBayoo is a gem at Disney park located in the heart of pirates of the Caribbean. The menu is very limited but options are very good. We ate the New Ireland Bayoo a special for two for $89. We got two large stakes which were superb suggest adding some lemon 🍋 to spike the flavor. The staff are super friendly and always checking up on you, willing to provide stellar service. You must reserve 30-60 days to reserve minimum but if you check in frequently you may luck out on a walk in reservation like we did. We came three times to Check and we got our walk in. Highly recommended.
