During my recent visit to the apartment homes, I had the pleasure of meeting with the representative, LAN Tran. Her kindness and openness throughout the tour left a positive impression on me. She was forthcoming in addressing all my queries and concerns, and I appreciated her honesty.
While I was interested in pursuing an application, I was informed that I had already submitted one a year ago. Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed with the process again due to income-related issues. The only obstacle that prevented me from obtaining the unit was my income, which was not sufficient for the requirements. Specifically, my income from being an Instacart delivery driver was not reflected in my bank statements, as I used a third-party service to cash out my earnings daily.
Although I provided a letter from Instacart to verify my income, I was informed that it could not be used for income verification. This was unfortunate, as I thoroughly enjoyed the walk-through and had hoped to become a part of the community.
The managers Michael and Bryce are great! Everyone is always so friendly and professional.
The grounds are always clean and I only recently had one issue that they quick moved to resolve. I’ve been here for over a year. My neighbors are kind and friendly and considerate as well.
It’s a very quiet community with nice amenities. They fix any issue very quick and they are great with communication and always go above and beyond and out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. Me and my son love it here.
I've never been in a place where Maintenance take DAYS for giving services that are Emergencies, especially for a disabled person. The first time were field mice someone failed to tell me about, yet my guests and neighbors were screaming😱, which gave the major clue. Then KTVU had done a news piece that ppl were aware for MONTHS prior to my move in. NO ONE should have been moved in until the issue was addressed! In the meantime , the Emergency number was a joke, taking 3 days to address and I was left to sleep in my vehicle until I could get someone to come get them out.
The second was leaking sinks in my kitchen, where I called Friday, yet no service until Tuesday AFTERNOON after I had to call Again and miraculously someone was at the door. Don came, found fluid was leaking down into the cabinet under. Verdict: Leaking Garbage Disposal, which was Another 2 days. With my disability, I could have walked to Home Depot to get one in 2 days!)
It ruined all my cleaning products and there was no compromise for compensation, not to mention , I had to pay someone else to clean the whole bottom of the cabinet and remove/throw away some NEW ruined Products I'd just purchased! When finally done with this project, he put NOTHING back.We had to!! With that said, what do YOU think? Would you?!?
