This was my first time using their service. I trusted them with three suits for dry cleaning. After retrieving my suites, I realized one suit jacket did not belong to me. I returned the jacket and allowed the manager over a week to locate the missing jacket. After a week, not only did they refuse to reimburse me, but their attitude was shockingly unprofessional and lacking in understanding.
I work hard for my income, and having to purchase a new suit jacket due to their negligence is both disheartening and financially burdensome. I am still in disbelief at how the ownership handled this situation. Their lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this dry cleaner to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope no one else has to endure the same frustration and loss that I did.
Disaster. Take your clothes elsewhere. I dropped off four shirts, and got back three back shirts + someone else's pants. When I returned the pants that belonged to someone else, and requested my (very expensive) shirt back, they said they didn't have it. They claimed that I only gave them three shirts. I shared my claim receipt which clearly said "4 articles of clothing" and it was as if they were blind, refusing to acknowledge what their own claim check said. They claimed it must be a typo. Ridiculous.
I told them how expensive the shirt cost, and what a huge loss it was, and they said "We don't believe you. Every time we lose someone's clothes they tell us that the lost item is very expensive and try to get us to pay for it." Now THAT is concerning - an admission that they lose things often enough to see a pattern. When I continued to complain, and got the owner on the phone, he said, "Well, try to sue us for the lost clothes. Good luck!"
It's been a while since a business has treated me this rudely. There are plenty of other dry cleaning options in the area; I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.
