I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this shop. After reading some of the rave reviews on this place. I called them to see about getting a new rear brake handle installed on my 16 speed Huffy. All the person on the phone asked was " Is that a mountain bike?" I said I thought it was a hybrid. He then said he didn't have anything in stock and that was it. Didn't offer to order anything, didn't ask if I wanted to bring the bike in. Nothing. I guess the 30 year old bike that I inherited from my now dead father wasn't good enough for this snooty shop to work on. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. NO ONE deserves to be treated like trash just because their bike doesn't cost thousands of dollars. I may not have a bunch of money, but what I do have is reputation for honesty, a whole bunch of fellow cyclist friends and a BIG mouth that has no problem spreading the truth about this establishment. So, folks, if you're not dripping with dough, give this sad shop a HARD PASS. Apparently they only serve a "select clientele". Judging from some of the other comments I've been reading, this place has a history of total snobbery. I will be taking all my money somewhere else.
