DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Employees are dishonest. They sold me an iPhone 6 that doesn’t work and she added insurance without asking me first and charged me, handed me the receipt and told me I could take it off next month. That’s against boost policy, you can’t charge a customer something without their consent. I payed $173 for a iPhone and service that doesn’t work.

Last year I decided to give them a try but at the end I only lasted three months with them due to the horrible customer service they provide. When I got there the cashier offered me a promotion etc. I had to wait for more than an hour for her to get in contact with her boss so that he can approve the promotion, which was to pay for the first month to get the second one free. The second month that I was supposed to get free comes in and guess what my phone line is disconnected. So I go to the store and the same cashier tells me that she mislead me with information in the beginning and that the promotion had already expired when she had offered it to me and that I had to pay for it. obviously I was able to stand my ground and it took her literally more than two hours to get approval from her boss again and after waiting she was able to tell me that I didn’t have to pay for that month. I left the store without saying thanks since I was already frustrated with the long wait and horrible customer service. The third month came in and I decided not to pay and switch with another company instead. Do not give these people your money not only do they lie to you to lure you into buying with them but they also waste your time and those hours that I wasted with this store and it’s incompetent personnel I will never get them back. be warned people.
