I love boost I have been a customer of there’s since they took over virgin mobile all together I have been with the same people and number for over 10yrs. I have absolutely no complaints at all I personally have never had problems with my internet or dropped calls or any other phone problems. The agents who I have spoken with always were very helpful and pleasant and if I not understanding what my up grade concsists of they are very paitieint with me. I can’t see my self with any other phone company I love me my boost

Had a simple transaction and had to wait almost an hour since there was one person working. Right when we were about to leave, some guy came prancing in and was ready to work/help. He immediately called us over and apologized for the wait. Our transaction took less than 5 minutes. He made some jokes, and was super friendly and professional. Not sure who that dude is, but he is great, definitely keep him. The other employee...ehh...she did not even say thank you for waiting, or acknowledge that people were there for almost over an hour. A good yell "thank you all for waiting, we'll be with you!" really could make a difference.

5 stars because of Jose H. I came in super stressed out over a lost phone and He took his time to help me even though it was almost time for him to get off work! Very kind man, thank you so much Jose! I appreciate your customer service!!!!!
