Boulder Equipment is the go to place for Mahindra tractors and customer service. I contacted dealers in my home state, but either got no response to my inquires or experienced a lack of knowledge. On my very first call to Krista @ Boulder I knew I had found the right place. Krista was very knowledgeable, listened to what my needs were and without any pressure helped me decide that the Series 5155 was the best tractor for me. I received a prompt call from Krista when they took delivery of a 5155. The paperwork was a breeze & Rod provided a hands on review of the operation & maintenance of my tractor at time of pickup. When it came time to add an auxiliary valve, once again a phone call to Boulder & straight through to Rod who answered all my questions, tracked down the parts number & prices and within a week the parts were on my doorstep from Texas. I rarely write any reviews but in this case I was extremely impressed with Boulder for their customer service and it was definitely worth the 7 hour round trip to do business with them.
