I purchased a new John Deere 300 here. When my husband took it in for servicing and to purchase & have a bagger installed, person at counter was RUDE, asking if he had brought in for servicing before. It had less than 50hrs so no it hadn't been to them or anyone else for servicing. He seemed annoyed that we hadn't had it to them for servicing. My husband removed all the tie downs so tractor could be taken off our trailer but no one made any attempt to help and tractor was left on our trailer so husband left. This is not the first time this individual had been rude. (revised explanation 03/17/23)
