Had a wonderful time here. The room even had complimentary chocolates and sparkling cider. The hot tub was amazing and so was the bed and shower. Very large room! I love that there is even a light in the shower. Lovely room, lovely staff. Beautifully folded towels and a fun little go kart track in the parking lot. Nice quiet and a wonderful place for a romantic get away. Get a jacuzzi room, so worth it!

Online booking was easy. Arrived and key and room were ready. Wasn't expensive. Very clean. Older decor but felt very homey. There were some bleach stains on the carpet I actually appreciate as I know for a fact the room was clean and sanitized. We had comfy....very comfy beds. Shower was amazing the fridge and microwave were clean.......The heater worked and I could enjoy my coffee outside under cover and watch the birds who are residents there as well ❤️ 🐦. Dropped my key in the box when we left at 10am. We were very pleased with room 202 and will return. Quiet cozy and very sweet feeling being back where I was 30 years ago. I used to drive the gocarts there 😉 and I tell you this hotel is better now than it has ever been. Thanks for the AMAZING stay even only for 1 night. We will be back. P.s. I'm the one who left the hat on the key box I found it in our room at arrival and returned it. I did t know if it belonged to a previous guest or house keeper.

If I could I would give this place a 0 customer service is everything and this place has none. This place is completely unreasonable I was staying in Ocean Shores not from the area, I was using agena booking app and booked this place on complete accident, I contacted the booking party and the hotel right away this place was 58 miles away from the convention. The booking customer service contact them and so did I. I'm not sure who called me back but on the phone the lady said " oh my manager mentioned something about this, I'll call you back" never heard back called the booking place this morning they offered the hotel to waive their fee and they still wouldn't cancel. I have worked in the hospitality business for 7 years and I know that a hotel can cancel without being charged by 3rd parties. This place doesn't care they just want money. What the manager did was charged me then resold the room. Good job guys. I hope this stop others from booking your place. Unprofessional. I have taken pictures of your reply and sent it to booking agent since you both have different stories I called your place of business multiple times the only answer I got was what I said. I talked to them today as well and was told you said no. I do not think it is smart to lie on a review. Have a great day
