I have been using Brentwood for about 3 years for my personal property and 2 rental properties, and they have been great. I have worked with Holly the entire time, and she is always responsive and easy to communicate with. She even found the matching flooring for a rental property when the old flooring became damaged. Last year, Brentwood replaced the carpet on the first floor of my townhouse with wood vinyl, which looks excellent.
