Talked us into not using the coupon for the ex ray exam, said it would not get us the special prices for our services, the worker only took ex rays on my right side because that’s where the pain was, when asked for a refund or price adjustment because we were not going to further services here they kept avoiding us, first the manager wasn’t in, she not available for the week, then she went on vacation ect, excuses excuses, ended up going to a different dentist that charges affordable prices for cash patients, this dentist was going to charge triple, very expensive and unprofessional!

This dental office ruined my smile!!! They coerced me into having all my upper teeth removed by not following protocol and submitting paper work correctly to medical now almost 1 year later im still STRUGGLING, not able to eat, GOT broken dentures and have filed a complaint with medical and dental board of California. I don't RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE.

All i have to say is Bright Now Dental 5 Stars! The staff is Great the Dentists are Top Knotch and every one working there are AAAA Plus. My Wife and I had Western Dental But they have gone down hill and will not go to them again, They will not answer your call or hang up on you and do not contact you. I recommend Bright Now Dental!
