Brokentop Garage Doors and in particular their technician, Brad, has earned my highest praise and confidence. I made the mistake of closing and then opening my garage door when the liftgate was up on my SUV and a mangled mess was the result. I called two companies to get a quote to see if I needed to replace the entire garage door or if it was fixable. The first company that came said the door was not fixable and they will email me a quote for a new door and it will be between $3500 and $5500. Brad from Brokentop arrived next, got out a few tools, and had my garage door fixed in about 30 minutes including giving it a tuneup and a good lube for $125! I live on the other side of Sisters (Tollgate) and he had to travel from Bend to get to me. I think I had him repeat the amount I owed him two or three times. I was fully expecting to have to spend thousands of dollars on a new door. It is very rare these days to run across someone as skilled and as honest as Brad. I’m so grateful.

Brad was great! Very respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough while replacing our broken spring, bearings, and the other necessities in order to have our garage door working like new again. Thank you Brad and Brokentop Garage Doors!

Brad is awesome! He was able to quickly assess the issue with my garage door and adjust it on the spot. It's back to operating smoothly. He also spent a lot of time explaining technical details and future options for garage doors and openers.
