I was told the interior would be sprayed along baseboards and windowsills (entry points), along with the exterior of the home and decks. In addition, all spiderwebs would be removed on the interior and exterior. Two days after service there are still alot of live spiders including 2 black widows with egg sacks. 90% of the spiderwebs were NOT removed, including inside and there was a dead bat in the kitchen window sill! I would have expected the bat to be removed, or at least notified that there was a dead bat in the kitchen window sill. It makes me question if any of the window sills were treated. I cannot continue a year contract if this is the type of service you provide. I will give them 1-2 more treatements to improve before determing if I will coninue.

This company was excellent. The person I spoke to you on the phone was knowledgeable helpful funny, and they gave me a date within 24 hours to remove a big wasp nest. They were prompt professional top-of-the-line. Alejandro, the young man who came out to my house to do the job arrived on time gave me an update and a phone call an hour before as well as a text to verify that I was home and that the time was still good.. He showed up he was prompt knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and he was done within an hour, and my problem was solved. And the pricing is excellent infinitely better than the other companies I spoke to I would highly recommend them to anyone

If there is something less than 1 star I would give it to Brooks pest control. I hired them to help me taking care of gophers. The provided bad service with technicians that were not professional. I called them multiple times and could not solve any issue. They did not tell me the truth when I signed the contract. They told me that they will come over every time that I have new gophers holes or mounds in my backyard and when I called them to come out since I have more gophers holes, they wanted to charge me the 2 months fee for only one month of service. They put only traps in my backyard without any benefits. Gophers still going around and they are coming from the holes that they have trap in without being caught. The holes are increasing daily and whatever they are doing does not help at all. Also, be aware that there is cancellation fee if y cancel the contract. I do not recommend their service at all.
