This store has HORRIBLE service. I bought 2 jeans and had them both hemmed. The seamstress made BOTH pairs too short. They refunded me for the first pair and the manager reassured me that the 2nd pair will be fine after i washed them. well they arent... they wont give me my $95 back for this pair tht they clearly messed up.

I love coming to the Silverdale Buckle. Hands down some of the best service I receive from anywhere I shop. The staff is obviously well trained. Very friendly, most notably Shelbie. She's an amazing sales associate. Very genuine and pleasant to talk to. Extremely knowledgeable about their product and has very good fashion advice. In other words..I'll be shopping here for awhile.
