I was looking for a pair of pants for my nephew and didn't know his size. The staff was able to give me his size by his phone number and helped me pick out his perfect pair his previous purchase. He loved them!

Yesterday afternoon employees were standing in a circle near the fittingrooms when i first walked in. They were not friendly, or welcoming, nor did they offer to help me find what i was looking for. I have always loved the clothes in this store and I walked in determined to buy several items. Needless to say I walked out and went next door.

Pretentiously overpriced jeans with pushy sales people. My wife was shopping for jeans and one of the sales people started handing her all kinds of different clothes. One pair of jeans was shredded at the bottom looked like Mr T's feather earings. They cost over a hundred bucks... My wife and I both laughed at how stupid they looked. They don't even ask if your interested in them, they literally just handed them to her over the changing room door every minute while saying "I think these will look good"
