I want to thank the team at Bunce rentals for helping me get the equipment I needed to complete a tankless hot water heater install. The rental core drill was perfect and made the job a breeze. Richard and Allen are great guys and helped me choose the correct tool for the job. They earned my business today and I look forward to the next time I need to rent a tool. A++ great job guys!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. LEAVE THEIR TRAILERS AND MACHINES ON THEIR LAST LEGS HOPING YOU WILL BREAK IT SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOU. WILL BE REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. STAY AWAY. YOULL REGRET EVER CALLING THIS TRASH ESTABLISHMENT.

Manager was very rude. Swearing and using foul language on the phone because he gave out false information. Rented a machine from Bunce for one day, ended up needed the machine for a few more hours. Called it in to their office and was told that they’ll charge me per hour after my 24 hour rental time. So 22 dollars per hour. I used the machine for 7 more hours. They charged me $325 for seven more hours which was only supposed to be about 125. They didn’t allow me to explain because he knew he was wrong but instead started swearing on the phone. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worse customer service ever.
