This review is about their summer camp.
The program seemed to be robust and exciting, so we decided to enroll our kid for several weeks. Huge mistake as this was the worst experience we have ever had.
Safety was always my top priority, but YMCA completely failed to provide it. So called "counselors" seemed to have little to no experience and to be honest - they just didn't care. Days in a park were the worst. The counselors allowed kids to throw sand at each other (and didn't do anything to prevent it) while sitting together and chatting, they ignored all the complaints about aggressive kids kicking everyone, and just didn't bother to help little kids. As a result, one day my kid came home completely covered in dirt - not only hands/body, but also face and eyes. As a result, my kid got a severe eye infection that resulted in 104 fever, swollen eyes with pus, a "fun" trip to the emergency room and two rounds of antibiotics.
This place is not safe for kids, never again.
