Great experience with Burbank SJ Locksmith - highly recommend! They answered the phone right away and scheduled my deadbolt lock install the very next day. The tech from this company did the install, he was on time and very nice and did a great job. Great experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend them :)

I'm kind of surprised there aren't more negative reviews about this place. The first half of our experience was awesome. The technician came out very quickly and was friendly. However, when he was here, he quoted us $129 to rekey the lock and then it would be another $29 for coming to our residence + parts and labor. We were charged $199 for a service that only took about 30 mins, and when I called customer service to check, they were extremely rude to me when I asked what the price jump was because it wasn't listed on the invoice for the service. The only information that I got from that person was that it was $199 + $13 for parts, which is also inconsistent. I would not use this service again in the future.

I called ahead of time to inquire about the cost of getting two house keys copied. I was told it would be $4 each, no problem. When I told the person on the phone I would be right there, she said great! See you soon. When I arrived, the door was locked so I called again and was told by someone else that they only provide mobile service and cannot copy only two keys. My only option was to rekey the entire locks. Seeing as I live in an apartment, this obviously isn't an option -- and it's ridiculous it was suggested when I simply need a copy of two keys. Absolutely ridiculous. Why lie when I first called and waste my time?
